SDDBA Section 3

Section 3 Worker Opportunity Center

Connect With Employment, Training, Apprenticeship & Workforce Opportunities

The Section 3 Worker Opportunity Center connects certified Section 3 workers with employment, apprenticeship, training, workforce-development, job-fair, and work-readiness opportunities.

The Section 3 Worker Registry is private. There is no public searchable list of workers. Employers do not browse worker income, housing status, eligibility documents, or home addresses. Instead, SDDBA makes worker referrals based on consented opportunity-interest profiles.
